UPDATE: RHIP Proposal Process Under Review

Thank you for your interest in applying for funding provided by the Central Oregon Health Council. We are excited to partner with the communities we all live, play, and work in. Our Regional Health Improvement Plan is for the benefit of all Oregonians that call Central Oregon home; Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson and Northern Klamath Counties.

On November 10, 2016, the Central Oregon Health Council’s Board of Directors held their strategic planning retreat. After lengthy discussion, the Board has decided to refine the process for reviewing and approving RHIP proposals.  Until further notice, we will not be accepting any further RHIP proposals until this process can be more clearly defined.  The Board of Directors strives to be deliberate in affecting change in our region’s health by defining how we invest in programs that directly impact metrics within the RHIP.  This is an exciting time and the COHC greatly appreciates everyone’s efforts, involvement, and partnerships to ‘Create a Healthier Central Oregon’.  Thank you for your collaboration and expertise.  Please stay tuned for updates.
