Quality Incentive Measures (QIMs) are tools that help measure and track the quality of health care services provided by eligible professionals and eligible providers within our health care system. These measures use data associated with providers’ ability to deliver high quality care or relate to long term goals for quality health care. Below you will find our region’s QIM results relating to a variety of topics.
Oregon Health System’s Transformation Performance Reports provide information on our region’s CCO and other CCOs’ combined work toward achieving the ultimate goal of better health, better care, and lower cost for the people of Central Oregon.
