What We Do
The Provider Engagement Panel (PEP), formerly known as the Clinical Advisory Panel (CAP), is a committee of the Central Oregon Health Council (COHC). The PEP provides a highly valued clinical perspective to the work of the COHC. Providers on the PEP represent a variety of health care organizations that serve the Oregon Health Plan (OHP/Medicaid) population.
Responsibilities
The purpose of the PEP is to support the COHC and its work in the following ways:
- Review and evaluate projects from a clinical perspective
- Coordinate quality committees and set strategic goals
- Establish community standards and utilization standards
- Promote clinical integration
- Serve as a forum for provider perspectives, collaboration, and information exchange.
