The structure of the Central Oregon Health Council is founded on legislation binding it to the CCO. The COHC organizes several committees and workgroups, engaging organizations and the community to improve the health of the region. The COHC serves Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson Counties.

Please watch the Prezi for a detailed visual map of the COHC, its relationship to the CCO, and the COHC committees.
