Quality Incentive Measures

Quality Incentive Measures (QIMs) are goals determined by the state to ensure equitable, quality delivery of health care to patients with Medicaid/OHP coverage. Incentives can be earned by clinics and hospitals if their care exceeds the state’s standards.
